Port Harcourt Fashion Week 4 is scheduled to take place on 13th and 14th November, 2026. The event will feature four runway presentations across two days, with two shows per day. Participating designers are required to pay a production fee, which varies depending on the selected runway show.
Designers are required to review these guidelines and complete the Designer Interest Form. Once shortlisted, selected designers will be contacted with further instructions on payment of the applicable production fee. All payments will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly ensure that payments are made using the registered brand name or that the brand name is clearly stated in the payment remarks/narration.
Theme and Collection Requirements: The theme for PHFW 4 is: “Celebrating Origin; Connecting Markets” In line with this theme, designers are encouraged to incorporate at least 60% heritage textiles into their collection. Each participating designer is required to showcase a collection consisting of:
Models, Styling, and Backstage Coordination: The PHFW Team will provide runway models for all showcasing designers. Hair and makeup will also be managed by the PHFW production team. Model sizes will range from size 6 to size 12. To maintain order and ensure smooth backstage operations, designers are required to work only with the models provided by the PHFW Team. Model images and basic statistics will be shared with designers ahead of the show. Fittings will be scheduled by the PHFW Team, and designers will be informed of the fitting dates accordingly. Designers who wish to work with models outside the stated size range must submit the models’ photographs and catwalk videos for review and approval by the Show Producer.
Fittings and Garment Readiness: Designers must ensure that all pieces are fully completed and available on the scheduled fitting date communicated by the PHFW Team. On the day of the show, all showcasing designers must have their garments properly arranged on the rack backstage at least one hour before showtime.
Runway Order and Show Production: The PHFW Team reserves the right to determine and allocate the order of showcase for all participating designers. Designers are not permitted to alter, exchange, or influence the assigned showcase order.
Guest Arrival: Designers are advised to ensure that their invited guests arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before showtime to allow for proper seating and smooth audience coordination.
Backstage Access Each designer is entitled to have only one assistant backstage. For production and security reasons, backstage access will not be granted to additional assistants or unauthorized persons.
